$1,000 CLOSING COST CREDIT. I contribute a portion of my compensation when you buy a home directly toward your closing costs as a heartfelt way to say, “Thank you for everything you do.” (Buyer’s Agent compensation must be 2.5% or more to apply.)
ULTIMATE SCHEDULING FLEXIBILITY. Scheduling and communication around you, no matter what shift you’re working. Late nights or early mornings during the week or weekends – whatever your schedule allows.
VIRTUAL SHOWINGS. If you’re relocating from out of state or too busy to get out of work for a showing – no worries. I’ve got you covered with virtual showings via FaceTime or Zoom at your convenience.
STREAMLINED INSPECTION. Utilize my trusted home inspectors and contractors to save time and hassle when going through inspection and planning for repairs. If you can’t make it to inspection, no worries. I’ll be there to meet service providers as neccessary throughout the inspection process to make sure you’re covered.
MOBILE CLOSING. We’ll come to you to sign documents if you can’t get away for closing.
CHILDCARE DURING SHOWINGS. For when you don’t want to bring the kids along, I offer 5 hours credit through Urban Sitter for childcare.
ACCESS TO TRUSTED SERVICE PROVIDERS. Life is easier when you have access to trusted, local professionals to help with everything you may need along the way: architects, interior designers, general contractors, attorneys, insurance providers, financial advisors, etc.
